The working principle of the purification device is to use dilute phosphoric acid for high-density circular spraying, using two-layer spraying and two-layer packing layer to form a neutralization zone, so that the exhaust gas can fully contact with the neutralization liquid, so as to neutralize and purify triethylamine. The air is discharged into the atmosphere after being deliquified by the upper dehydration layer.
